Any experiences with or opinions about the “Curriculum Services” homeschool curriculum?

Can you answer MICHELLE S’s question about Homeschooling?:

I have seen good reviews from those posted on homeschoolreviews.com, but I just wanted to make sure before I buy it because it doesn’t seem to be a well-known curriculum.

Homeschooling Feedback: We have been home schooling for a long time, but are not familiar with that company.

When you first start out it can be very confusing because the vast amount of materials and companies that serve/sell to home school families.

Several of them are extremely pricey, and therefore it is always best to either visit a state home school convention, and browse the many vendors that will be there, it gives you an opportunity to view the books before deciding.
If that is not possible, there is one web site that I have given to some new families, this company gives you a preview box with several different curriculum’s so you can choose.
I have not used them myself; we have a large home school community, and we were lucky that the families let us look at theirs which made our first few choices easier.
Over the years we switched, mixed, and matched a lot, so try to start small, and add as you go along.

    Good luck.
